By using the services, you may upload or provide files and information and process such files and information to us.

Please read the Terms carefully. These Terms apply to your access and use of the PDF Modify website.

By using our website, you acknowledge and warrant the following:

• You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes.
• While exchanging files within the Service, you agree to independently check them for viruses.
• PDF Modify has the right to stop the exchange of any information and at any time remove any file uploaded by the User.

1. How does this Agreement work?
   1. Law

      Your relationship is with PDF Modify, a company incorporated under the laws of Israel. All our offices are registered in Israel.

   2. Privacy

      Our Privacy Notice defines the personal data you provide us with. By using the Service, you agree to the Terms of this Privacy Notice.

   3. Website Usage Data

      By using the website, you will share information with PDF Modify about how you use it. This information helps us to implement the best decisions for your experience and improve our service.

2. Use of Service
   1. License

      Subject to your compliance with these terms and the law, you may access and use the Service.

   2. PDF Modify Intellectual Property

      We reserve all rights of the website. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell any of our products.

   3. Mailing List

      By registering to our service you give your consent to receive emails regarding account security, site functionally and promotional emails.

      Promotional emails could be unsubscribed at any time from a link that is being attached to them in every email we sent, or, you can also contact us with a request to unsubscribe.

   4. Free Trial

      Some of our plans offer a free trial for different periods of time. In some rare cases, the free trial period might be longer or shorter than stated on the site. After the trial has ended, the user will be charged automatically.

   5. Converters

      PDF Modify offers a vast selection of converters.

      After conversion ends, PDF Modify will return a new file, based on the uploaded file, but in a different type or as an edited file, depending on the converter you will use.

      PDF Modify has a maximum upload size of 100MB per file.

      PDF Modify product is constantly improving and we always try to deliver the best converters in the market with the highest accuracy rates and with the fastest conversion time.

      However, on some rare occasions PDF Modify will not be able to convert/ edit/ merge/ compress your file/ s and will return an error.

      In other rare cases, PDF Modify will only manage to partially convert/ edit/ merge/ compress your file/ s and will return a file that might be disrupted, reversed or with missing parts of text and/ or symbols.

      PDF Modify does not guarantee to successfully convert/ edit/ merge/ compress every given file, and is not responsible for any usage you will do with the output file.

   6. Pricing
      1. Payment

         Our payment providers are PayPal, Paddle and FastSpring.

         Any personal data you provide to PayPal, Paddle or FastSpring will be processed by them in accordance with their privacy policies. Please review Paddle, FastSpring and PayPal privacy policies in order to understand what types of personal data they collect from you and how such data is processed.

         Your full credit card number will never reach our server and will be sent directly to Paddle or FastSpring from your computer.

         We also store information about your subscription details including plan, status and price, first billing date, current billing period, and paid-through date.

         We store information about every PayPal or credit card transaction, including payer email (for PayPal), payer name, transaction type, amount, time, and status.

      2. Account Cancellation

         A user that would like to cancel his account due to any reason whatsoever, can do it anytime in one of the following 3 ways:

         1. Through the cancellation link we send to your email.

            We send an email with a cancellation link to every subscriber that finished the subscription process on our site. We send the email to the address you used when registered to our service. This cancel email is being sent from one of our resellers "Paddle" or "FastSpring". So, in order to find it, please go over the emails you received from "Paddle" or "FastSpring", in the mail body you will have a link to manage your subscription. After you click on it you reach the subscription management portal where you can easily cancel your subscription. PDF Modify is not responsible for charging, refunding and canceling processes, these are directly operated by our resellers "Paddle" and "FastSpring".

         2. Another option you might use is to send an email to support@pdfmodify.com with a cancellation request. This email must be sent from the email you have registered to our service, otherwise, we would have to ask you for additional details for authentication. This might take us up to 7 days to fulfill your request.

         3. Also, you can send a cancellation request in our "contact us" form in PDF Modify website. This might take us up to 7 days to fulfill your request.

            A user that explicitly requested to cancel his account in one of the aforementioned ways before his free trial period ended, will not be billed, or, we will automatically issue a full refund for him.

      3. Refunds

         PDF Modify has by default 5 days of 100% Money-Back Guarantee. Other plans might offer a longer window than 5 days, but, by default, and if nothing else has been stated, the user can ask for a full refund within no longer than 5 days after his payment. Some plans might offer 7 days, 14 days and 30 days windows of 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

         We will not issue refunds for users who asked for refunds after the maximum time frame of their plan for "100% Money-Back Guarantee".

         For refund requests please send an email to support@pdfmodify.com with the exact amount you were billed for. This email must be sent from the email you registered with to our service, otherwise, we would have to ask you for additional details for authentication.

         This might take us up to 7 days to fulfill your request.

      4. Plan Prices

         Prices for our plans do not contain VAT. In some countries VAT may apply.

3. Your Content
   1. Ownership

      You have all rights and retain ownership of your content. We do not have any ownership rights regarding your content.

   2. Our Access

      We do not analyze, scan, copy, or do anything else with users' files. We can view users’ files in order to respond to their requests within a maximum of 24 hours since when they were uploaded.

4. Overuse

   Please be advised that you must not misuse the Service. You are not allowed to:

   • copy, stream or resell the Service and content;
   • use the content to create any kind of database;
   • share content or engage in behavior that violates anyone’s Intellectual Property Right;
   • violate applicable law.
5. Third-party services

   PDF Modify can use third-party services, however, we do not have the ability to fully control them. The Service may contain links to third-party services, special offers or advertising that are not controlled by PDF Modify.

   By using the website, you agree that PDF Modify is not responsible for any damage or loss related to its interaction with third-party services.

6. Storage

   We do not store any file you upload.Therefore, you should always have a copy of your file that is saved on your device. PDF Modify is not responsible for any loss.

7. Termination
   1. Termination by you

      You can stop using PDF Modify any time. There is no obligation to pay any fees.

   2. Termination by us

      PDF Modify can terminate the Service at any time. We may terminate your right to use the Service in the following cases:

      • we are required to do so by law;
      • we discontinue the Service;
      • you breach provisions of these terms.
8. Investigations

   We have a right to access information about you if:

   • it is required by law;
   • to respond to your requests;
   • when it’s necessary to protect our rights and safety.
9. Modification

   PDF Modify may change or update these terms or any additional ones that are related to a Service. We can do so in order to reflect changes to the law or our Service. Please keep an eye on the terms and check them regularly.

    PDF Modify will never sell or give your email address or any other personal detail to a third party.

12. Entire Agreement

    These terms represent the entire agreement between you and us in regards to your use of the Service and replace any previous agreements between you and us.

13. Multifarious
    1. English Version

       The English version of this agreement will be the version used when construing and interpreting this agreement.

    2. Non-Assignment

       You may not assign your rights or transfer these terms to any third party without our prior written consent.

14. Disputes and resolutions

    By using our website, you agree to first try to resolve any concern or dispute by contacting us. If a dispute is not sorted out within 30 days, it may be submitted to final and binding arbitration.

    
    

    There will be one arbitrator that you and PDF Modify both select. However, binding arbitration must in all cases be preceded by a conciliatory procedure. If those discussions are unsuccessful, then either Party may submit the dispute for binding arbitration.
